Nestled in an enchating natural setting at 600 meters above sea level, Agriturismo Deviscio offers breathtaking views of Lake Lecco and the imposing spectacle of the Prealpi Orobie mountains, in the heart of the Larian Triangle.
The surrounding hills, wrapped in productive chestnut forests, are home to varied wildlife including roe deer, hares, foxes, and badgers, ofter easily spotted from the agriturismo's terraces.
Each season offers a unique and unforgettable experience, enriching the landscape with new colours and scents, providing guests with a continuous discovery of charming corners and unmissable panoramas.

Agriturismo e Azienda Agricola Deviscio is situated in a beautiful natural area in Deviscio, surrounded by breathtaking views. We are just a 10-minute drive from the center of Lecco. Our location is conveninet for accessing the funicolar to Piani d'Erna and provides direct access to various hiking trails to explore the surrounding mountains.

Nature reigns supreme at Deviscio, but in this extraordinary territory, the combination of landscape and literature has also reached remarkable heights.
We are talking about the novel I Promessi Sposi by Alessandro Manzoni (1785-1873), famous worldwide and set precisely in the region of Lecco, where the writer spent his childhood and youth.
"That branch of Lake Como, which turns towards the south between two unbroken chains of mountains...' is the famous opening line of the novel, but it is also clearly a declaration of love from the writer to these beloved places.
We can proudly assert that this territory and its landscapes were the inspiration behind one of the most famous works in world literature.
WHAT CAN YOU DO
AROUND DEVISCIO
Around Deviscio, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Many of our guests choose us as a base for climbing, trekking, via ferrata and cycling.
Just a short walk from the Agriturismo, you can reach the funicolar that takes you to Piani d'Erna, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Lecco and the surrounding mountains.
The Orobie Prealps (or Bergamo Prealps) are a subsection of the Lombard Prealps, representing the highest and most extensive part.
Some of the most representative peaks of this range are visible from Deviscio.
GRIGNE'S GROUP
Composed of four peaks, the most famous being Grigna and Grignetta, and highly appreciated by climbers from around the world.
RESEGONE
The most iconic mountain in the Lecco area: "with its many jagged peaks in a row, which indeed make it resemble a saw…" (A. Manzoni)
MAGNODENO
From which you can admire a magnificent panorama of the lakes Annone, Garlate, and Pusiano.
BARRO

A STORY
OF TRADITION AND INNOVATION
Over 40 years ago, the Ferrari family founded the Deviscio farm to fulfill their passion for cattle breeding.
Initially, the number of livestock was limited and the structure was little more than a home stable, but soon the determination and foresight of the two brothers led to the creation of a breeding farm equipped with cutting-edge technology for those years.
In the early 2000s, livestock breeding was suspended following some business and personal decisions by the owners, but Deviscio remained under their care.
A few years ago, Franco and his children, Chiara and Agostino, decided it was time to bring Deviscio back to life, seizing the many opportunities this wonderful place can offer.
After exploring various possibilities, they decided to renovate a rustic building to use as an agriturismo for tourist reception.
Subsequently, they started goat farming, along with the establishment of the dairy.

We are Chiara and Agostino, siblings who have chosen to continue our family's business started by our grandmother and continued by our father. Our deep connection to and love for this place has been with us since birth.
Over time, we have surrounded ourselves with trusted collaborators who, together with us, maintain the high quality of our products and hospitality at the agriturismo.
Today, the Deviscio family includes people united first and foremost by their love for this magical place nestled among the mountains of Lecco.
FRANCO
Franco is the patriarch of the family and the founder of the historic farm, established over 40 years ago. Innovation has always been his guiding light, and it is no exaggeration to call him a pioneer. He loves Deviscio and cannot imagine living anywhere else in the world; this is perhaps the only conservative aspect allowed by his life philosophy...
CHIARA
Chiara was born and raised in Deviscio, the setting for all her most important memories. Armed with her degree in economics, she took it upon herself to revive Deviscio as a farm, involving others in this project. She is always busy with a thousand activities, and her favorite time is when the new kids are born. She says that the goats obey her more than her four children do: but is it true?
AGOSTINO
Chiara's younger brother, Agostino, is the practical soul of the agriturismo. Officially, he is the creator of Deviscio's farm cheeses and an official ONAF taster. In reality, there isn't a job he can't do, and if something needs fixing, he's always the first to step up. But don't spread the word too much - he wouldn't want everyone to know!
GIOVANNI
Stableman and head of goat breeding at Deviscio, he loves living in close contact with nature. However, he doesn't hide a certain intellectual side, which comes from his classical studies. So don't be surprised if you hear him reciting Ovid and Cicero to his goats! Could this be the secret to such good milk?
CLAUDIA
The heart and soul of the Deviscio dairy, under Agostino's watchful eye, she has been lovingly creating delectable delights from our goats' milk for twenty years. From the freshest cheeses to the more complex aged varieties and yogurts... dairy products hold no secrets for her!
